Registered Dental Hygienist
Carolee is a long-standing Registered Dental Hygienist who loves her career because it combines two of her favorite things: working with her hands and working with people. She finds people endlessly fascinating. Because of her great devotion to all of her patients, many of them are now her close friends. Her husband John, works at the Hanford site. They have three children and five grandchildren. Some of her favorite activities include spending time with her growing family, needlework of all kinds, and quilting. She is also very dedicated to her church, where she enjoys attending Bible study and various church activities.
Erin Cooley-Stevens
Registered Dental Hygienist
Erin graduated from the Dental Hygiene program from Pierce College in 2003. She has also been a member of the Dental Hygiene Association since graduating. She is committed personally and professionally to improve the oral health of each and every patient that has been entrusted to her care at DentalWest. She always looks forward to meeting and working with each of her patients and strives to provide a gentle dental experience. Erin and her husband Sean, have two beautiful children. When she’s not providing exceptional dental care to her patients, she is enjoying time with her family and friends as well as exercising, gardening, and wine tasting.
Lin-z Allbee
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lin-z graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2011 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Lin-z is laser certified in order to provide comfortable, non-surgical periodontal therapy to patients in need. She prides herself in keeping up with the latest advanced technology to better serve her patients and team members. Lin-z enjoys her summers camping, boating, wine tasting, and barbecuing with friends and family.
Carin Jones
Lead Dental Assistant
Carin is Dr. Leavens’ Lead Dental Assistant. Her continued years at DentalWest has shown her dedication and passion for providing quality care to every patient she works with. As a Lead Dental Assistant, her goals are to build a strong relationship with each patient to make their experience as comfortable as possible. Carin and her husband Eric have two beautiful daughters, who they enjoy taking to the park along with their two dogs. Additionally, Carin loves to cook for her family. The Jones’ family loves traveling to their family cabin, swimming, riding 4-wheelers, and barbecuing with family and friends.
Nelli Zavalnyuk
Hygiene Assistant
As a Hygiene Assistant, Nelli’s main goal is to provide exceptional dental care to every patient. She is currently attending Columbia Basin College to obtain a degree in healthcare. She is devoted to educating patients about the importance of quality care. Nelli’s favorite activities include spending quality time with her family, taking walks, and playing volleyball. She also enjoys gardening, photography, and playing her guitar.
Irma Avalos
Dental/Hygiene Assistant
Irma is a dedicated Dental/Hygiene Assistant who has gained great trust from her patients and has even developed many friendships with them. Through her valued experience in the dental field, she enjoys being able to educate patients about their oral healthcare, especially prevention. Irma has four children and likes activities such as reading, gardening, church events, Bible study, and especially spending time with her family and friends. More recently she has ventured into special interests such as learning new recipes and styles of cooking, photography, museum tours, singing, and hiking.
Krissy Thiladeth
Dental Assistant
Krissy’s main goal as one of Dr. Leavens’ chairside assistants is to provide a high quality of care to each patient as well as making lifelong friendships. She is currently working on a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, which shows how important quality healthcare is to her. Krissy has one son, London Maddox, who she loves taking to all of her extracurricular activities. They include being the head coach of a co-ed recrational softball team through the City of Kennewick, playing basketball, and dancing (hula, hip-hop, and ballroom).
Christina Partida
Accounts Manager
At DentalWest, Christina takes pride in being able to offer a comprehensive plan of treatment for every patient. She is able to answer any questions each patient may have about scheduling, finances, insurance, treatment plans, and much more. She recently completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Washington State University. She will be continuing her education through the University of Pheonix’s online Master’s Degree program for Project Management. She enjoys playing and watching sports, especially with her family and close friends. However, she would like to attent more professional sporting events in person, especially college softball. She is currently the head coach for a girls 14-and-under fastpitch competitive team, the Washington Vipers. They travel all over Washington State to play in weekend tournaments. She has been a volunteer coach for the past four years.
Ama Roth
Office Manager
Ama loves to be a part of the DentalWest family. She enjoys working with each patient, getting to know them and building that dental relationship. She has one daughter, who is attending college. She loves to spend time with her family and friends. Her special interests include traveling, especially going on week-long cruises. In addition to her busy schedule, she volunteers for “Pet Over Population Prevention”, which is a local non-profit dog rescue organization. As a volunteer, she fosters homeless pets, runs the adoption sites, and screens potential new homes.
